Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks, possess strong organizational skills, and have a background in office management and human resources.
Duties:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity
- Handle basic HR functions such as employee onboarding, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
- Maintain office equipment and supplies inventory
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling and logistics
- Oversee phone systems and communication within the office
- Implement and maintain filing systems, databases, and other administrative processes
Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management
- Strong supervisory skills for team management
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and office communication tools
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in event planning for office functions
- Background in medical office management is a plus
- Strong administrative skills for effective office operations
